The Code of Professional Conduct and Client Care sets out the standard of professional conduct and client care required of agents, branch managers and salespersons.

Kate Bradley & Associates Complaints & Disputes Procedures 

Kate Bradley & Associates has an established client complaint procedure designed to provide a simple and personalised process for resolving issues in the event that the service provided by our agency or salesperson licensee does not meet expectations of clients. 

Firstly, we invite you to make contact with our Principal as set out in the attached document. However, you do not have to use our Complaints & Disputes Resolution Procedures. You can make a complaint to the REAA at any time even if you choose to also use our in house procedures.
